St Patrick's Day Surprise!

Bwahahah! Pakistan sucks!

Ireland has chosen St Patrick's Day to produce the greatest upset in World Cup history to dump Pakistan form the tournanent.

It defeated mighty Pakistan by three wickets to send the 1992 champion, and one of game's undisputed superpowers, crashing out of the tournament.

Back to the pavilion with the lot of you...

UPDATE: Now the coach is dead and the captain gone. As always, notice the calm reaction of Pakistani fans.

Bangladesh also beat India, on the same day. Day full of upsets! But Ireland on St. Patricks day, thats awesome. Makes drinking at 7am in the morning all the more worthwhile!
