With Poor Translation Comes Wisdom

Bootleg copy of V for Vendetta has a bit of a "whoops" moment with its cover blurb:

"V for Vendetta is a poorly paced and spectacularly disjointed rehash of Orwellian themes."

Sounds awesome!

The Malaysian "Superbabies 2" bootleg is even funnier though.

Can't argue with the Superbabies blurb, though. That movie is a brutal assault on the intellect. And I don't want to be anal, but technically, you can't call it Superbabies 2. It's Baby Geniuses 2.

Apologies, I'd never seen the movie.

Of which I am glad.

Superbabies: Baby Geniuses 2 is so bad that when you filter the IMDB reviews to show only those who "loved it", it includes all reviews of 2/10 and higher. Reviews that include lines like:

"Yup, this is a bad movie, no question, with a silly plot, dumb execution, and not one moment of anything resembling genuine inspiration throughout the entire bleak excursion. It's not witty, charming or funny in any way..."

Although, I now have a burning desire to watch this film.
