It just struck me, upon rewatching the film clip for the TISM song Thunderbirds Are Coming Out, that I have seen someone in it before.
Is this that guy from Big Brother and Neigbours, Blair whatever-his-name-is?

Yeah it is him. I noticed this as well. Plus you can see band 28 Days before they made it "big".
